Here’s some great ideas of fun camps to sign up for!

Aqua Essence Swim Academy 
Aqua Essence has as a Red Cross Babysitting Course running on Wednesday March 27th at Canadian Mennonite University. Participants must be 11 years old at the time of the course, and bring a doll or stuffed animal to the course. To register, please see here!

Aquatica Synchro 
Want to give synchro, now called “Artistic Swimming” a try? Tried synchro in the past and have a little extra time this spring to get back into it? Here is your chance! Just in time to prep for our 10-year-Anniversary Water Show on May 25th, come join them for A Splash of Synchro! Conveniently located at 3 pool locations, this low-cost introductory class is great for athletes comfortable in the shallow end or deep end. There are limited spots in these classes so make sure to register to secure your spot! Check out our website for details!

Baseball Manitoba
Baseball Manitoba, along with Triple Crown Baseball is excited to present their 12th Annual Spring Break Baseball Camp. Improve your skills before the season by attending this camp which will emphasize technique and play. The camp will be held at the Winnipeg Soccer Federation Complex, allowing you to better develop your baseball skills.

The camp is for kids ages 6 – 12. Players will be split into groups according to their age. Camp Features: 6 hours of instruction per day, trained Baseball Manitoba/Triple Crown clinicians, low player/instructor ratio and a camp t-shirt. Basketball Manitoba
Basketball Manitoba is pleased to announce details of its upcoming Spring Break High-Performance Camps for boys and girls ages 10-15 to run Monday, March 25 to Friday, March 28, 2019.

Leading this year’s boy’s camps will be the University of Manitoba and the University of Winnipeg coaches Kirby Schepp and Mike Raimbault along with other coaches and athletes from their programs.  The girl’s camps will be lead by Basketball Manitoba’s High-Performance Coach Randy Kusano along with local coach and university basketball players.

A set participation cap per camp is in place so register now!  Deadline to register is FRIDAY MARCH 22 at 4:30 pm or when the camp sells out! The camps have sold out the last 4 years, so register now to avoid disappointment. For more information or to register see here!

Manitoba Badminton Association 
Looking for a productive and engaging way to spend your Spring Break? Want to jump start your school badminton season? Maybe get ahead of the pack? Manitoba Badminton Association has a Spring Break Camp for kids ages 10 – 15, running Monday to Friday of Spring Break. The focus is on skill development, improving technique, making friends, and having fun!

Softball Manitoba 
Softball Manitoba is having a Spring Break Camp! The skill areas taught will include Throwing, Catching, Fielding, Hitting, Base-running and Sliding. Participants are asked to bring gym wear, runners, a glove, a helmet and a bat.

Cost:   $60.00 per athlete (includes 6 hours of instruction and a Rawlings shirt)
Date:   March 25 – 27, 2019
Time:   1st Session for ages 7, 8 & 9 (9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.)
2nd Session for ages 10, 11 & 12 (11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.)
3rd Session for ages 13 & 14 (2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
Location:   Home Run Sports Training Centre – 905 King Edward Street

Each session is open to the first 30 paid participants, and pre-registration is required. Registration Deadline: Monday, March 18, 2019
