WINNIPEG KICKBOXING & MUAY THAI
Come get your sweat on with Two-Time Canadian Muay Thai Champion Trisha Sammons! Kids Classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4 – 5pm for kids ages 5 – 12. UNITED BOXING CLUB
Join United Boxing Club for their Summer Teen Box Strong program! This program is designed to teach the fundamentals of the sport of boxing to boys and girls ages 13 – 18. Through boxing training, participants will learn effective ways to improve strength, coordination, agility, speed, power, balance, and endurance. GYMKYDS GYMNASTICS CENTRE
GymKyds offer gymnastics day camps for boys and girls all summer long for kids ages 3 – 12. Participants do gymnastics, games, crafts, and outdoor activities. Parents can register for full days or half days and for select days instead of full weeks at a time. For more information on their summer camps see here!

Ready for something different? Give the exciting sport of Synchronized Swimming a try this summer!
Aquatica Synchro is offering four fantastic camps from which to choose- pick one, two, or join us for all of them! All camps will take place both in and out of the water- working on synchro-specific skills, general swimming skills, and flexibility. There will also be games, crafts and lots of fun activities.
Fit and Fun Camps (open ages 5+, all abilities welcome)
• July 16-20, Steinbach Aquatic Centre
• July 23-27, Elmwood Kildonan Pool (half day option available)
• August 20-24, Elmwood Kildonan Pool
Competitive Boot Camp (current competitive swimmers or those interested in competitive in the upcoming season)
• August 27-31, Elmwood Kildonan Pool
• Cap and nose clip for each athlete
• Land and water-based activities to build on synchro and related skills
• Time spent on swimming skills, diving, flexibility, and strength
• There will be both shallow and deep water classes
• Classes split based on each athlete’s age and ability so that all participants will be challenged appropriately
• Qualified and experienced synchronized swimming coaches
• Before and after camp care (8-9 a.m. and 4-5 p.m.) for no additional charge

June 25 & 26 – 8:30am – 4:30pm – Bronze Medallion and Emergency First Aid. Must be 13 years old or will need to challenge Bronze Star (contact office at firstname.lastname@example.org ) for more details. Course is a combination of classroom and pool sessions. There is pre-course work that is required and there will be an assignment.
June 27, 28, 29 – 8:30am – 4:30pm – Bronze Cross and Standard First Aid – Must have Bronze Medallion. Course is a combination of classroom and pool sessions. There is pre-course work that is required and there will be an assignment.
July 9 – 13 – NLS (National Lifeguarding Course) – 8:00am – 5pm – Must be 16 years old minimum and have Bronze Cross and Standard First Aid – This is a 40 hour course plus 4 hour exam. This course is classroom and water sessions, successful candidates will be able to lifeguard.
July 23 and 24 – 8:30am – 4:30pm – Bronze Medallion and Emergency First Aid – Must be 13 years old or will need to challenge Bronze Star (contact office at email@example.com ) for more details on thIS. Course is a combination of classroom and pool sessions. There is pre-course work that is required and there will be an assignment.

We are still currently taking registration for our summer sessions. Summer lessons are Monday – Friday and take place at the Holiday Inn on Ellice Ave (near Polo Park), or a Private Outdoor Pool In River Heights and if you have access to a pool, lessons in your own back yard!
SKYZONE INDOOR TRAMPOLINE PARK
Need a break this summer? Send your kids (ages 6-12) to a super fun camp this summer, as SkyZone engages your children in a ton of different activities and challenges to keep them entertained all day long. Starting July 2nd, they will be offering 9 weeks for you to choose from. Book online, in person or over the phone, with limited spots available each week. Sky Camp features activities centered around the wall-to-wall trampoline courts, including Dodgeball, SkySlam Court, Foam Zone, Free Jump and the brand new Challenge Zone, featuring the SkyLadder, Warped Wall, Free Climb, SkyJoust and the Wall! Synchro Splash Camp – Full days $175, or half days $100
In addition to synchronized swimming every day, campers will also have fun participating in a variety of other activities, such as crafts, dance, gymnastics, yoga, and outdoor games (weather permitting).
Full-day camp – 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Drop-off 8:30 – 9:00 am and pick-up 4:00 – 4:30 pm
Morning camp swimmers may be picked up anytime during lunch (12 – 1:00 pm).
Afternoon camp – drop off a during lunch (12–1:00 pm) and pick up between 4:00– 4:30 pm
Mornings and afternoons include two hours of pool time
